When you visit our display site located in Hastings, you will be greeted by our team – the owners Chris and Emma Ince, Adam; who manages the day to day business operations, Trina; who handles the sales and quoting, Maria; our customer service superstar and bookkeeper & Alyce; who handles our customer service, administration as well as liaising with council re permit requirements.
Chris, being a registered building practitioner gives our customers the knowledge, experience and assurance that the project will be planned and designed correctly, even for an owner builder and is happy to meet onsite to discuss the project.
Unlike most of our competitors, we are able to manage the whole process in house, from design, to permits, to construction & completion. Depending on what you are trying to achieve and your property/council requirements, there may be multiple permit applications to obtain, these can include a building permit, planning permit, build over easement applications, report and consent applications and more. Our skilled staff have built strong relationships with council & water authority departments and are able to look after these permits on your behalf. However the unique aspect of Melbourne Garages is that we are able to help with as much or as little as you need, providing you with a fully managed serviced or assisting you as an Owner Builder.
Complimentary scissor lift hire for larger projects such as American barns, farm sheds or machinery sheds is included in our Construction estimates which is very uncommon throughout the shed industry, this is just another element that sets us apart from our competitors.
Our quoting program is designed to provide our customers a realistic completed price, however we are quoting on a site that is unseen, therefore we do request that a site visit be completed to finalise any final costings (site works, demolition etc) and to ensure there are no surprises for you and for us.
